E-Mobility

E-Mobility

E-mobility has been a common term for some years now, but it has negative associations such as "short range", "high environmental impact" due to the use and construction of lithium batteries or "poor expansion of the charging station network". Together with our associated company, we are working on a sustainable solution for a range of vehicles in the field of electromobility, which rethink and revise the current standards. Work is currently underway to develop a vehicle powered purely by an electric motor, using energy sources such as hydrogen and solar power in addition to lithium batteries. The goal of GreenRock and its portfolio company is to improve our society by using design as well as technologies that accelerate the shift to sustainable electric mobility.

To achieve the goal of building sustainable electric cars and contributing to a sustainable society, we at GreenRock, along with our portfolio company, have taken the following important steps:

  • - We aim to produce a car that has zero carbon footprint by 2030, making it a carbon-neutral vehicle.
  • - Through an optimized upcycling process, we seek to improve the sustainability of electric car batteries by repairing, remanufacturing and repurposing them.
  • - Through the targeted use of blockchain technology, we can identify risk minerals in the procurement of goods to ensure an ethical and transparent supply chain.

We are taking all these measures in the areas of climate neutrality, circular economy, transparency and inclusion to achieve our goal of developing a climate-neutral car.
